Terms of use

Use of this site means accepting what follows. Last updated 15 September 2026. Run by Molecular Ventures Ltd, company number 12262067, registered in England and Wales.

What this site is, and is not

WhenTickets publishes the dates and times that tickets are released. We do not sell tickets, we are not a resale site, we take no commission on a ticket, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any venue, promoter or organiser named here. Every date links to the organiser's own page, and that page is the authority.

The dates, and the limits of them

Every row carries one of three labels and they mean what they say. Confirmed means the organiser has published the date and we hold the sentence that says so. Likely means a credible third party has reported it and the organiser has not. Our estimate means nobody has announced anything and we have worked it out from last year. Most of this calendar is the third kind.

We take accuracy seriously enough to publish our own misses on the accuracy page. We still cannot promise a date. An organiser can move a sale an hour before it opens, and sometimes does.

So, plainly: this site is information, not a guarantee. Check the organiser before you plan around anything here. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a ticket you did not get, a sale you missed, a journey you made, or money you spent because of a date on this site. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using the data

The calendar is published as JSON and as calendar feeds, with no key and no signup, under a dual licence.

Free, with credit. Personal use, academic and research use, journalism, and any other non-commercial use. The conditions are a visible credit naming WhenTickets with a link to this site, and that you carry the confidence labels through. Republishing an estimate as a confirmed date is the one thing we ask nobody to do, because it turns our careful guess into a false promise made in our name.

Licensed, for commercial use. Any product, service or publication that earns money, including an app, a paid newsletter, a resale or comparison site, or a dataset you sell on. Email [email protected] and we will make it straightforward. We would rather license it to you than find it in your product.

Two things are ours and are not in the feed at any tier: the sentence each date was read from, which is the organiser's writing rather than ours, and the record of what every date said before it changed. Both stay on this site, where they do the job of showing a reader where a date came from.

Bulk automated collection outside the published feeds is not permitted. The feeds exist so that nobody has to scrape the pages, and they are cheaper for both of us.

Emails

We send what you asked for and nothing else. No address is ever mailed without a confirmed opt-in, every message carries a one-click unsubscribe, and replying to any of them with the word stop works too. See the privacy notice for what we store and why.

If we ever charge for something

There is no paid option today. If one launches, these terms will say so before it does, you will be told the price and what you get before you pay, and your statutory cancellation rights as a UK consumer will apply. We will not start charging for anything that is free today without telling existing subscribers first.

Changes, and the law that applies

We may change these terms, and material changes get a dated note here. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
